How to See a Doctor in Alanya as a Tourist: Guide & Tips

Feeling unwell in Alanya? Eight practical tips for getting English-speaking medical help quickly, from video visits to pharmacies and emergencies.

Falling ill during a trip to Alanya is more common than most visitors expect, especially after sun, boat trips and busy nightlife. The good news is that you can usually get help the same day, and you do not have to struggle with a language barrier.

1. Decide How Urgent It Is

For chest pain, difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness or a serious injury, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. For everyday problems such as tummy bugs, urinary infections, colds, ear pain, skin rashes or sunburn, a doctor consultation is usually enough.

2. Talk to an English-Speaking Doctor by Video
